Return & Refund Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Because our products are fragile and handcrafted, we ask that all returns be handled with care. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non‑Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items Additionally, perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (posting times vary).
- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur). If you still haven’t received your refund, please reach us at contact@zhobcreation.com.
Sale Items
Only regular‑priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at contact@zhobcreation.com and send your item to:
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- For fragile items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
